Swiss Oats 'n Fruit

Ingredients
1 1/2 c old-fashioned oats1 1/4 c Soy Slender Chocolate Soy Milk2 Tbsp honey1/2 tsp ground cinnamon1 c. sliced banana1 1/2 c sliced strawberries1/4 c. chopped pecans
Directions
Stir together in a large bowl the oats, soy milk, honey and ground cinnamon then place, covered, in the refrigerator overnight. Just before serving add the fruit and nuts and gently mix together. Makes 4, 1 1/2 cup servings.
