Honey Pecan Chik'n Salad

2 Quorn "Naked" Chik'n Cutlets1 cup Pecans (Halves, toasted)1.5 cup Grapes.25 cup Light Mayo (I prefer Hellman's).25 cup Reduced Fat Sour Cream2 tbsp Hony1 tsp Poppy SeedsDash white or black pepper (to taste)Lettuce leaves
Combine chicken, grapes and pecans in large bowl; set aside. Stir mayonnaise, sour cream, honey, poppy seeds and pepper in small bowl to blend well; add to chicken mixture. Toss well to coat. If desired serve salad on lettuce leaves.
