Seafood Salad

Ingredients
1- 6 oz can solid albacore tuna1- 10 oz can atlantic salmon 3 oz imitation crab meat1/4 cup fat free cottage cheese3 tbsp fat free mayo1/4 cup chopped carrots1/2 cup chopped onion or 2 boiler onions2 romaine lettuce leafs shredded small, or chopped in food processor6 jumbo pitted black olives, chopped or slicedsaltpeppercitrus grill seasoning
Directions
Mix tuna, salmon and imitation crab meat together in a large bowl, mashing together well. Add mayo and cottage cheese and mix until seafood is well moistened. Add remaining ingredients into bowl, cover and refridgerate until ready to serve.

Serves 4-6 depending on meal size. Serve on crackers, toast or rice cakes.
