Fried Pork Chops over Rice

Ingredients
1 lb. lean pork chops, trimmed and cubed1/4 cup floursalt, to tastepepper, to taste2 cans Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup1 soup can of milk (1%)Rice, cooked1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Trim and cube pork chops. Mix flour, pepper, and salt in a bowl, then add pork chop cubes and toss to coat. Add oil to large saute pan, then add pork chops. Saute until outside is brown, then add cream of mushroom soup and milk. Let simmer for about 20-25 minutes. Serve over rice. Enjoy!
