Ingredients
1 can of garbanzo beans, drained3 Tbsp. lemon juice2 tsp. of lemon zest1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper2 Tbsp. tahini paste1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil
Directions
Place all ingredients except the oil in a food processor and blend until smooth. Add oil after smooth to taste. You do not have to add all the oil. It does make the paste smoother though.,
