Spicy and Creamy Tilapia.

Ingredients
2 tilapia fillets2 cups of cooked pasta1 tomato, diced 1/2 onion, diced 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream2/3 cup water1 tbsp olive oil1 tbsp flour1 garlic clove, minced 1tbsp paprika1 tsp parsley salt to tastepepper to tastecayenne powder to taste
Directions
In a deep pan, saute the garlic, onions, and tomato with the olive oil on medium heat.
Once the onions are soft, add the flour, paprika, cayenne, pepper, and salt, stir until the onions and tomatoes are evenly coated.
While stirring, add in the cream and water and bring up to a simmer.
Once the sauce is simmering, add the two fillets. The liquid should just cover the top of the fish.
Cook the tilapia at a low simmer until the meat is flaky and completely white.
Allow the fish to cool just slightly before serving over a bead of pasta. Sprinkle with parsley and serve!

Makes two very filling servings.
