Oatmeal Protien Cookies

Ingredients
1 cups steel cut oats*, or rolled oats if you must 1/4 cup milk 1 egg1/4 tsp salt 1 tsp vanilla 1/3 cup protein powder - I had to use extra1/2 -3/4 Tbsp cinnamon5-6 Tbsp brown sugar or honey
Directions
•Mix all ingredients together. The mixture should be like sticky cookie dough, not crumbly. Add more milk or water if too dry and more protein powder if too wet.
•Drop spoonfuls onto greased, buttered, Pammed, or parchment lined cookie sheets. Should be about 1 1/2 tsp per cookie.
•Makes about 12 cookies.
•Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
•Allow to cool.
