Green Bean Salad

Ingredients
1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed1 small red onion, sliced12 cherry tomatoes, halved12 pitted black olives, halved1/4 Parmesan cheese1/3 cup olive oil2 tbsp balsamic vinegar1/2 tsp ground mustard1/2 tsp saltdash pepper
Directions
Place beans in a steamer basket. Place in a large saucepan over 1 in. of water; bring to a boil; cover and steam for 7-8 minutes.

In a large bowl, combine the beans, onion, tomatoes, olives and cheese. In a jar with a tight fitting lid, combine the olive oil, vinegar, garlic, mustard, salt and pepper; shake. Drizzle with dressing; toss to coat.
