Chickpea and Tuna Salad

Ingredients
65g tuna tinned in water;120g cooked chickpeas;large handful salad leaves;6 cherry tomatoes, chopped;1 red pepper, chopped;10ml lemon juice;8ml olive oil;25g olives;salt and pepper;handful torn mint leaves.
Directions
Mix all ingredients together, season to taste, and serve at room temperature.
