2 cups thinly sliced napa cabbage2/3 cup mandarin oranges1/2 cup red bell pepper chopped1/3 cup sliced green onions1/4 cup lemon chopped1/4 cup lime chopped1/4 cup thinly sliced fresh basil1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro1 tablespoon vegatable oil1 tablespoon white wine vinegar 1/4 teaspoon salt1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
