2 tbs olive oil2 cups rice2 tbs garlic2 cups chicken broth2 cups water2 oz el pato sauce
Start by heating olive oil and rice together until rice is slightly brown on high heat.
Then add garlic and stir for about 1 min.
Then add water, chicken broth, and el pato sauce. Heat until slight boil comes up then turn the heat down to med low. Cover pot and cook about 25 min or until rice is not crunchy.
Makes 6 servings
