Hearty Bacon Breakfast

2 large eggs2 cups 1% milk4 tablespoons butter 2 cups Bisquick pancake mix10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Preheat oven to 450. Spray 8x13 casserole dish with nonstick spray. Melt butter, then mix with eggs, milk, and Bisquick. Pour mixture into casserole dish, then top with crumbled bacon. Bake for 20 minutes, cut into 8 pieces and serve hot. Can be topped with light pancake syrup, powdered sugar, or honey.
