Frittata-Broccoli and sun dried tomatoes

Ingredients
5 eggs slightly beaten1 T mustard (dijon)1 T garlic powder (or less if you prefer)1 T white flour2 T whole wheat flour2 T butter melted4 oz softened lite cream cheese4 oz shredded swiss cheese2 or 3 C broccoli - small pieces, steamed1/4 C sundried tomatoes, diced
Directions
- Beat eggs slightly.
- Beat in softened cream cheese, swiss, mustard and butter.
- Beat in flours (shifted with garlic powder)...do not mix too long. Just enough to incorporate.
- Stir in steamed broccoli and sun dried tomatoes
-Bake for about 30 min in greased 8X8 pan at 350.

Can be made night before and kept in fridge until ready to bake.
