Parsley Potato Salad

Ingredients
3 red potatoes, diced and fully cooked1 med rib of celery2 tbsp fresh parsley2 tbsp onion, chopped1/2 tbsp cider vinegar1 tsp dry mustard1/2 tsp celery seed1/2 tsp salt1/8 tsp pepper1/4 cup mayonnaise*Dry Mustard, 1 tsp (remove)Celery seed, .5 tsp (remove)Salt, .5 tsp (remove)Pepper, black, .125 tsp (remove)*Best Foods Regular Mayonnaise, 4 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Makes 6 3/4-Cup Servings

Lightly toss all of the ingredients together except for the mayo. Once all the ingredients are fairly well mixed, stir in the mayo. Cover and refrigerate for several hours.
