1 16 oz. bag frozen broccoli florets, cooked and drained2 T. olive oil3 T. lemon juice1 clove garlic, mincedsaltpepper
Cook broccoli florets according to package directions. Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper. Pour marinade over cooked broccoli and toss to combine. Let cool, then refrigerate until serving time. Serve cold. Makes 6 servings, 1 WW point (counts for one healthy fat) each.
