Fillet Steak in Redcurrant and Thyme Jus

Ingredients
Rump steak (150g)Redcurrant Jelly (2 tsps)Fresh Thyme (1/2 tsps chopped)Ground black pepper to taste
Directions
Season steak on both sides with pepper and fry in non-stick pan for 2-3 minutes to seal on each side. Cook for further 5 minutes turning regularly. Remove from pan and keep warm.
Add rest of ingredients to pan and mix well. Gently simmer, allowing sauce to thicken.
Return steak to pan and coat with glaze before serving.
