170g spaghetti;1 tbsp olive oil;2 cloves garlic, chopped;juice and zest of one lemon;225g spinach;25g grana padano, to serve;salt and pepper.
Cook the pasta according to packet instructions.
Drain, then add all other ingredients apart from the cheese and mix until the spinach has wilted.
Season and serve with the cheese.
