sara's mashed cauliflower potatoes

1 head cauliflower4 med potatoes - peeled1/4 c light buttermilk
Directions
slice potatoes into even thick slices and remove florets from head of cauliflower and boil until very soft. drain and add buttermilk while mashing. use salt and pepper to taste
