Thai Style Spicy Beef Salad

Ingredients
2 Cups Chopped Romaine Lettuce1/2 Cup Chopped Scallions1/4 Cup Thin Sliced Red Onions2 Small Chopped Red Hot Chili Peppers3oz Chopped Flank Steak1/4 Cup Lime Juice1 Tbsp Basil1 Lime Cut In Four
Directions
Combine the beef, and red chili peppers in medium sauce pan .
Season beef and chili mixture with basil.
Stir every few minutes until cooked. About 20 minutes(give or take a minute or two.
Let cool for 5 minutes.
Combine romaine lettuce, scallion, red onions in a mixing bowl and toss the together.
Place salad on plate, putting beef, chili peppers.
Mix fish sauce, lime juice, and a dash of crushed pepper and pour on top of salad.
Garnish with the 4 lime wedges that can be used for additional dressing if needed.
