Seeds, sesame seeds, whole, roasted and toasted, 1.765 oz (remove)*Canola Oil, .25 cup (remove)
This makes about 12 tbsp of thin, runny paste. It stores well in the refrigerator if you keep it tightly covered.
Put the sesame seeds into a food processor. Add just a touch of the oil, maybe 2-3 tablespoons.
Turn on the processor and when everything seems to be mixed together, scrape the sides.
Add the rest of the oil and puree for about another minute.
Put into a container and use as needed.
