Fruit Cobbler - Low cal/sugar/fat version

Butter flavor non-stick spray8 Tbs. Butter Buds Sprinkles1/2 c. hot water1 1/2 c. flour1 1/2 c. Almond Breeze Vanilla flavored, unsweetened1/2 c. Splenda1 Tbs. baking powder6 c. fresh sliced peaches1/2 c. Splenda
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray 13x9 in pan with butter flavored non-stick spray. Mix butter buds sprinkles with hot water. Pour into pan.
Mix flour, almond milk, 1/2 c. Splenda and baking soda. Pour over Butter Bud mixture. DO NOT STIR
Mix peaches with 1/2 c. Splenda. Pour peaches over batter. DO NOT STIR
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes 8 generous servings.
