Arugula and Black Bean Balsamic Pasta

Ingredients
8 oz whole wheat pasta4 cups arugula2 tbsp olive oil1 can low sodium black beans1/2 cup shredded low-fat parmesan cheeseBalsamic Vinegrette dressing or vinegar
Directions
Makes 5 - 1 cup servings @ 386 calories per serving

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain. Place back in pot and add arugula and black beans. Add 2 tbsp olive oil and cook over low heat until arugula wilts slightly. Take off heat and toss with Balsamic Vinegrette or Balsamic Vinegar.
