Ingredients
1/2 cup rolled oats (Old-fashioned)1 cup vanilla soy milk1 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
Directions
Combine the oats, soy milk, and maple syrup in a bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Put in the fridge over night, and enjoy it cold in the morning.

You can also experiment by adding fresh or dried fruit, cinnamon, etc.
