Sweet & Spicy Tofu

1 block extra firm tofu1.5 cups Fresh BroccoliCanola Oil Sweet Chili SauceMinced GarlicSalt & Pepper, to taste
Drain tofu, cut into small cubes, and set aside.
Chop Broccoli into bite-sized florets.
Heat 1T Canola oil and 1t minced garlic in a skillet over medium heat.
Slowly add tofu and brown evenly on all sides.
When tofu is sufficiently browned, add 1.5 C chopped broccoli and toss with tofu over heat until broccoli becomes slightly brighter green but still crunchy.
Reduce heat to low and stir in 2T Sweet Chili Sauce. Coat all tofu and broccoli evenly with Chili Sauce, add salt and pepper, to taste. Remove from heat and enjoy.
Makes 3 one cup servings.
