Creamy whole wheat pasta

Ingredients
3 cups whole wheat penne pasta1.5 cups fat free yogurt1 cup chopped raw onion1 tbsp lemon juice0.25 tsp black pepper1 tsp worchestershire sauce
Directions
Boil pasta according to manufacturer's instructions. Drain and set aside. In a large saucepan, saute onions in lemon juice. Once the onions are clear, add in black pepper, worchester sauce, and yogurt. Stir over low heat until sauce is warm. Re-add pasta back into pan. Stir thoroughly. Makes 6 servings - about one scant cup each. Can be topped with a little shredded sharp cheddar or parmesan if desired. Nutritional information does not include additional cheese.
