8 oz coconut water1 large cucumber with peelthree pieces ginger
Run unpeeled sliced cucumber & ginger through juicer. Add coconut water and stir or add coconut water to blender with ginger and unpeeled cucumber slices. Strain and drink as is.
You may also add celery or any other green leafy vegetable.
