Cheesy Chicken Enchiladas

2 lbs boneless/skinless chicken breast1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp white pepper1 tsp cumin1 tsp paprika1 tsp Italian seasoning5 cloves garlic8 mission flour tortillas (small/fajita - 100 cal/each)1 c. Kraft Mexican Cheese (2%)8 oz. regular cream cheese1 can of Old El Paso mild enchilada sauce (19 oz/each)
*Cook chicken and seasonings in crock pot for 6-8 hrs. *Shred then add cream cheese until melted.
*Place chicken mixture evenly in tortillas & roll then place in a non-stick (or greased) dish
* pour enchilada sauce evenly over the 8 enchiladas
* sprinkle cheese evenly on top
* bake @ 350 degrees covered for about 25 minutes then uncover for the last 5 minutes to brown cheese slightly
