Corn and Bean salad

Ingredients
2 cans Corn, drained1 can of Cannelloni Beans or chick peas rinsed and drained1 can of black beans, rinsed and drained1 red pepper, chopped1 orange pepper, choppedChopped cilantro1/4 cup chopped scallions1/2 cup squeezed Lime juice1.5 tbsp olive oil4 tsp brown sugar2 tsp dijon mustardsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Mix beans, peppers, corn, cilantro and scallions in a bowl. Separately mix the lime juice, oil, sugar and mustard, then add to the bean mix. Let marinate in fridge. The longer it marinates, the yummier it is! Makes approximately 8 1-cup servings.
