Spicy sweet and sour coleslaw

Ingredients
2 cups red cabbage, shredded2 carrots, shredded4 radishes, sliced3 scallions, sliced3 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil1 tsp fresh ginger, grated1 tsp horseradish1 tsp dill weed
Directions
Prepare vegetables and place in a bowl. Mix together olive oil, vinegar, ginger, horseradish and dill until emulsified. Add to veggies, mix well and enjoy. Makes 6 1/2 cup servings.
