* *Dreamfields Low-Carb Lasagna Noodles, 13.25 oz (remove) * 93% Lean Ground Beef, 16 oz (remove) * Ragu Spaghetti Sauce (tomato sauce), 8 cup (remove) * Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced (remove) * Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove) * *cottage cheese - fat free - fred meyer 1/2 cup, 2 serving (remove) * *Albertsons Extra Virgin Olive Oil (1 serving = 1 Tbsp), 1 serving (remove) * *Cheddar Cheese, Shredded (Sargento - Classic Mild Cheddar) Natural Cheddar Cheese 1/4 cup/serving, 1 serving (remove) * Parmesan Cheese, grated, .125 cup (remove)
cook noodles as instructed on box. Heat oil add diced onions and celery Cook until tender. Add Hamburger cook until brown. Add sauce. Layer noodles in a long glass dish. Pour sauce add cottage cheese. and repeat. Top with Cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese. Bake to 40 minutes at 375. Let set then serve.
