Ingredients
*Bell Pepper - Red - 1 large (164 gram), 164 gram(s) (remove)*Dole Pineapple Tidbits 100% Pineapple juice, 2.5 cup (remove)*Onion (Yellow), 1 med, raw, 1 serving (remove)Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 2.5 cup (remove)*Couscous - Roasted Garlic and Olive Oil, as prepared, 2.5 cup (remove)*Extra Light Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Dice onion and red pepper. Sautee in pan with olive oil. Add pineapple tidbits and DRAINED diced tomatoes. In a separate pot, cook couscous. When it is done, mix into skillet with fruit and vegetables. Serve.
