Roast Beef Gyro

1 pkg roast beef lunch meat1 clove garlic1.5 ground oregano.5 cup onions, finely choppedpitas1 med cucumber, peeled and grated1 tsp garlic powder8 oz sour creamlettuceoniontomato
Makes 4-6 pitas, depending on the size pitas you use.
1. Slice roast beef into 1 in strips, place in non-stick skillet. Add minced garlic, oregano, and onion. Heat on med.
2. While the meat is warming up start on the sauce. Peel and grate the cucumber and add to the sour cream. Add garlic powder. Stir well.
3. Place pitas in the oven at 350 until warm.
4. After meat is heated, layer the pita; cucumber sauce, roast beef, lettuce, onion, and tomato. You can add a little more sauce if you like a lot.
* May also be topped with feta cheese.
