raisin bran flake muffins

Ingredients
2.5 c flour1 tsp salt2.5 tsp baking soda1 tsp cinnamon3-3.5 cups of bran flakes or raisin bran1.3 c sugar16 oz plain yogurt2 eggs, beaten1/2 c vegetable oilgrated rind of 3 oranges(add walnuts or raisins or ginger to your liking)
Directions
mix flour, salt, baking soda, & cinnamon in a large bowl.
add bran flakes, sugar & yogurt.
mix well
add beaten eggs & vegetable oil.
mix well.
add grated orange. mix together well. store in airtight contained to keep in fridge.
to bake: DO NOT STIR BATTER. nearly fill desired number of muffin cups. sprinkle tops with sugar. bake at 375 for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
