1/2 cup Skim Plus milk 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt fat free 1/2 cup Applesauce, unsweetened 1/4 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp nutmeg 3 heaping Tablespoons of Old Fashioned oatmeal (dry) 1 large Apple diced ice cubes if desired
Blend till smooth. Add 3 ice cubes at the end if you want it frostier.
