Mashed Carrots

Ingredients
Carrots, raw, 6 medium (remove)Orange Juice, 20 grams (remove)Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)Butter, salted, 1.5 tbsp (remove)Spinach, frozen, 30 grams (remove)
Directions
Put everything in a pan and boil until carrots and garlic are soft (peel the garlic first, but dont need to cut). Mash with a fork (but not tooo much, leave some chunks). Add butter

Before you mash if it looks like you need to pour off some water do.
