Mac and Cheese and Ham and Peas

Ingredients
Cottage Cheese, 1% milkfat 16ozSour Cream, 16oz8 cups cheese (I use Kraft Mexican 2%)Ham, 2 slices, cubed10oz-12oz frozen peas2 bags (12-16ozs) GF Tinkyada Elbow Noodles, cooked according to bagSalt, to tastegarlic garlic (or garlic powder), to tastepepper, to tasteadobo seasonings, to taste
Directions
Cook the pasta. Cube ham. Mix all ingredients together and pour into TWO 9x13 pans. Bake 30 minutes @ 350. Makes 16 large serving. 8 servings per pan.

Note: I used gluten free pasta. That might change nutritional value if you use whole wheat or other pasta type. Also leave out the ham and peas for picky people. :)
