Whole Wheat Pizza Dough

Ingredients

.5 ounce Yeast1.3 cups Whole wheat flour.5 tsp Salt0.5 cup Water (warm to hot)1.5 tsp Granulated Sugar
Place water in a bowl
Add Yeast to water then add sugar. (let sit for about 10 to 15 minutes or until creamy looking)
Mix flour and salt in another bowl.
Add yeast mixture to flour mixtue.
Knead together for about 10 to 15 minutes until dough is not to sticky, but not dry.
Roll dough into a ball and place in a greased bowl.
Cover bowl with plastic wrap and set in a warm place and let dough rise for about an hour.
Take dough and flatten and divide into two equal pieces.
Wrap one dough ball and freeze immediately.
The other dough can be rolled out and shaped for your pizza.
