Lemon Butter Saffron Sauce, 1TBSP

Ingredients
1 Stick Butter1 Tbsp Sherry2 tsp GarlicPinch Saffron (can substitute Turmeric)Healthy Pinch White Pepper2-3 Tbsp Lemon Juice.5 cup Half & Half
Directions
Melt butter in a sauce pan. Add garlic, saffron and pepper and saute for 2 minutes. Add white wine and cook for 1 minute. Add lemon juice and cook for 1 minute, then add cream. Cook until well mixed.

Makes about 1 cup, or 16 servings of 1 Tbsp.
