A's Breakfast Quesadilla

Ingredients
1 whole wheat tortilla1/4 C Low fat shredded Mozzarella cheese1 Kraft 2% pepper jack cheese single1 Large EggCooking spray
Directions
Spray a piece of foil (large enough for the tortilla) or cookie sheet with cooking spray.
Turn Broiler on Low
Place tortilla on foil or cookie sheet and cover half of the tortilla with Mozzarrella cheese.
Tear pepper jack cheese single into squares and place over mozzarella cheese.
Scramble the egg in a seperate pan. When done place egg on top of pepper jack chesse.
Fold over the empty half of the tortillia and place into Broiler for 1-2 minutes.
Flip tortilla and place back into oven for another 1-2 minutes until cheese is melted but tortilla isn't burnt.

Eat alone or serve with salsa (salsa not included in calorie calculation).
