Ingredients
Masa harina, Cornmeal - lime-treated 2 cupsGarlic powder, 2 tbsp Salt, 1 tsp Warm Water, tap, 2 cups (16 fl oz) Canola Oil, 4 tbsp
Directions
Mix ingredients, Divide into balls, roll masa mix between two gallon size zip lock baggies. Lay on parchment paper covered cookie sheet. Use pizza cutter and cut into pie shape wedges. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 10 minutes. Allow to cool slightly. Fry in skillet of hot oil. Place on paper towel to absorb excess oil. Sprinkle with salt and garlic power, Enjoy!
