1 1/2 cups finely diced watermelon1 cup of the juice that collects in the cut open melon(remove all seeds)1/2 box Silken Mori Tofu firm1 large peeled banana cut up1 frozen coconut fruit bar (non dairy)1/8 Silken light vanilla soy milk
Directions
Add ingredients to blender, liquid first, frozen last. Blend till smooth, makes 2.5 servings.
