A delicious simple strawberry pie that requires no cooking! A delicious simple strawberry pie that requires no cooking!
Number of Servings: 8


    3/4 cup vegan whipped topping (nutriwhip, hip whip.. etc..)
    2 cups strawberries
    1 premade vegan graham pie crust


Throw the strawberries and the whipped topping in a blender until smooth, then poor into the graham cracker crust.
Freeze for at least an hour or two, then let thaw slightly and slice up and enjoy!

variations... I save some whipped topping to put on top of the pie with some sliced strawberries for decoration

also, keebler graham cracker crusts are vegan, they also have a short bread one as well as a chocolate one... all are good for this recipe.
