Bavarian Meatball Stew

Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef, shaped into balls1 lb. new red potatoes, chopped into bite size chunks1 cup onions4 carrots, sliced3 cloves garlic, smashed2 oz. red wineseasonings
Directions
Layer in a crockpot - potatoes, carrots, onions, garlic, meatballs. Season with Bavarian Seasoning and a crushed beef stock cube. Pour in red wine. Slow cook on low for 8 hours. Serves 4.
