Spinach Salad with Chicken, Bacon, & Feta

Ingredients
1 boneless, skinless chicken thigh, diced2 slices bacon, chopped3 cups fresh baby spinach leaves1 hardboiled egg, chopped3 tablespoons Fat free Bernsteins Cheese & Garlic Italian Salad Dressing2 tbsp reduced fat Feta cheese crumblesLemon pepper, seasoned salt, and garlic to taste
Directions
Dice raw chicken and bacon. Spray skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Put chicken, bacon, seasonings, and ONE tbsp of salad dressing in skillet and cook on medium heat until meat is cooked through. Continue to simmer until all juices are reduced. Cover to hold warmth. In a salad bowl combine spinach, chopped egg, and feta cheese. Pour warm meat mixture over salad, pour 2 tbsp of salad dressing over. Mix. The heat of the meat mixture will wilt the spinach slightly. Eat and enjoy! Serves 1
