Turkey Meatloaf

Ingredients
1.5 lbs. lean ground turkey (a combo of dark & white meat)2 medium carrot, grated1 medium yellow onion, grated or very finely chopped2 egg3/4 cup oatmeal3/4 tsp salt2/3 cup Greek yogurt1/2 tsp freshly ground black peppersprig of fresh rosemary & a sprig of oregano (or 1 tsp of Italian Seasonings... fresh is better)1/2 cup marinara sauce to put on top after it has cooked for an hour.
Directions
Mix the ingredients. Cook @ 375 for 60 minutes.
Remove from oven, and add pasta sauce to the top, distributing evenly, and return to oven for 10-15 more minutes.
let sit fot at least 5-10 minutes before cutting and serving.
Serves 8.
