Ground Turkey & Whole Wheat Penne Pasta Low Everything

Ingredients
1 lb Extra Lean Ground Turkey1 c Onion Chopped1 c Fresh Mushrooms2 c Fat Free Sour Cream.5 c Red Pepper Chopped1 tbsp Course Ground Black Pepper1 tbsp Garlic Powder OR 2 tsp Minced Garlic3 c Whole Wheat Penne Pasta
Directions
Brown Turkey on medium high with Garlic and Pepper.

Add Red Pepper, Mushrooms, Onion and Sour Cream. Turn heat down to Medium stir frequently till pasta is done.

Boil Penne as per package directions. When done serve stroganof over pasta.
