High Protein Egg dish

Ingredients
4 cups eggbeaters eggwhites1/2 cup onion1/2 cup red bell pepper4 eggs10 oz. pkg frozen spinachhot sauce to tasteButter spray
Directions
Mix eggs and eggbeaters, add sauteed onion and pepper and well- drained spinach.
Stir mixture well and pour into sprayed 8x11 pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, or until solid.
Cut into 4 squares, add hot sauce as desired and eat hot or cold.
