5 oz bonelsess, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch slice1tsp olive oil2tbsp lemon juice1/4 c onions, thinly sliced1tsp paprika1tsp mrs dash1 cup of bell peppers (red, yellow, and green) cut into 1-in cubes1 cup green zucchini, cut into 1-1/2 in roundssea salt to taste3 wooden or metal kabob sticksnonstick cooking spray
marinate the chicken in the olive oil, lemon juice, onions, and paprika for 30 minutes. then season the chicken w/ mrs dash; skewer chicken cubes w the bell peppers onto the kabob sticks. grill or broil until cooked through, about 8 minutes. meannwhile, arrange the zucchini slices onto a baking sheet, season with sea salt, and spray w nonstick cooking spray. bake @375 degrees for 12-15 minutes, or until soft
