Easy Pizza Crust w/ 1/2 whole wheat

Ingredients
1 3/4 cups whole wheat flour1 3/4 cups white flour1 1/2 teaspoons salt1 package Rapid Rise Yeast1 cup hot water (125-130 degrees)2 Tablespoons oil
Directions
Set aside 1 cup flour in large bowl combine remaining flour, salt, and yeast. Stir hot water and oil into dry ingredients. Mix in only enough of reserved flour to make a soft dough. Knead until smooth (5 minutes). Let rest 10 minutes. Punch down, roll and stretch onto greased pan. Bake crust at 450 degrees for 8 minutes. Spread with sauce and toppings. Bake 10-12 minutes more or until cheese melts and lightly brown.
