Ingredients
* 6 Granny smith apple * 1 cup Granulated Sugar * 1/2 cup Flour, white * 1 1/2 cups Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain * 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground * 1/2 stick Butter, unsalted * 1/2 tsp Nutmeg, ground
Directions
*Preheat oven to 425C
*Peel and cut apples into bite size wedges and arrange in oven proof 8X8 dish
* Combine remaining ingredients with pastry cutter until well combined
* Pour mixture over apples and bake for 20 minutes
